I am laser focused on personal empowerment and transformation for professional women, as a Certified Professional Neuro Coach and Hypnotherapist. I am also skilled and certified in the practices of NLP, Timeline Therapy® and Hypnotherapy.
I have over 25 years of experience coaching, training and supporting people from all around the world to get crystal clear about their biggest desires and then actually achieve them. When you work with me you’ll become more confident, more courageous, more visible and unstoppable.
I am a powerful champion for my clients because I know that we all have dreams, and sometimes, the little voices in our heads, our past failures, and our perceived shortcomings can be powerful opponents of those dreams. Too often we cave to those voices and live smaller lives than we are destined to.
I know, because I have lived it! I was rocketing along my career path! I was moving up the ladder, I was an IT leader, an influencer, and full of confidence. Then life happened. I took several steps back, put others’ needs first, played small, invisible and safe. After awhile, I began to believe I really was small, and I forgot about being confident or being bigger.
Coming back from that was like climbing out of a deep, dark, heavy fog. And although it took me a while to figure it out, once I started to take action and show up bigger, I was back on top and more. I went from Business Analyst to Senior Director of Global IT Training in less than 4 years! I know how liberating and exciting it can be when you discover (again) your passions, your worth and your value, eliminating the fear, confusion, doubt and limitations, stepping into the YOU that is completely capable of achieving even the biggest goals and dreams. Imagine, breaking through all of the barriers that have been holding you back!
